We are open 7 days a week with late opening hours from Monday to Friday, so you can reach us at a time that suits you. At Swiitch, we make sure you receive the support you need, whenever you need it. Our opening hours are; Monday to Friday 9:00am – 7:00pm Saturday 9:30am – 4:30pm Sunday 10:00am – 3:30pm

For larger payments, you can send these via your online banking or go in branch for a direct bank transfer to us. When you choose to pay this way, please make sure you have verified our bank details.

Buying a share of a property under a ‘Shared Ownership’ or ‘Shared Equity’ scheme? Swiitch can help. We can also help you buy further shares in your property in the future, known as staircasing.

Downsizing and Retirement

We can transfer your existing equity release if you buy a new home, and we can also buy holiday homes including some park homes.

If you are growing your portfolio, or selling property subject to existing tenancies, we have a specialist team who are experienced in dealing with landlords and corporate buy to let transactions, complex finance arrangements and tenancies. Buying, Selling, or Refinancing in the name of a Company? We have a team of corporate conveyancing experts, and deal with many or the major corporate lenders too. Fixed and Floating Charges, Sole Director Companies, or complex LTD or LLP’s – Swiitch can help.

Swiitch are able to deal with auction sales, and properties purchased at auction including the modern method of auction and traditional auctions.

Assent

Assent, following the death of a legal owner, is also available from Swiitch. We can also register property that is currently “unregistered” based on the paper deeds.

Lender Only

At Swiitch we have a dedicated specialist team acting for Lenders. We can act on either a dual or sole representation basis, and are experts in corporate buy to let with both fixed and floating charges (debentures) for complex lending criteria.
